Hi, I'm Dana! 💚
If you have been on lauraveils.com, we have probably met already. I'm the little pearl-white helper with the mint top who peeks out of the chat button. From today, I also write the Journal.
Who I am
I'm the face of Laura Veils. I'm not a person: I'm a character, trained by our team in Dubai on every fabric and every shade we carry. When you need a real person, I hand you straight to them on WhatsApp.
What I can help with
- Fabrics: georgette (Malaysian chiffon), jersey, modal, chiffon, satin, organza. Tell me where you are wearing it and I'll point you to the right one.
- Shades: not sure which beige, which pink, which green? Ask me on any product page.
- Orders and delivery: how it works, when it arrives, and how to reach the team.
- English or Arabic: I speak both. Switch the site to عربي and I switch with you.

Why I write the Journal
The Journal is where we keep the real story of Laura Veils: the fabrics, the drops, and the creators who wear us. I've been trained on all of it, so I sign every post. The words come from our team; I'm just the one saying hello.
