The first hijabs we shared in June 2024 were two very different pieces.

The crinkle hijab

"Crinkles and confidence" was how we described it, and the texture is still a favourite. The crinkle is part of the fabric, so it never needs ironing and it moves beautifully when you walk.

The shimmer jersey

For days that need a little more, the shimmer jersey: soft and stretchy on the inside, with a quiet shine on the outside. It stays in place without pins, which made it an instant hit for evenings.

Know the fabric: Moja Jersey

Moja Jersey is soft stretch jersey that stays put without pins. Wrap it once, tuck it, and it holds its shape all day, which is why it is the hijab most people reach for on busy mornings.

  • Best for: everyday and office

Know the fabric: Crinkled modal cotton

Crinkled modal cotton has the same light, breathable feel as modal, with a pre-crinkled texture that hides creases. Pull it out of your bag and wear it, no ironing at all.

  • Care: no ironing, creases are part of the look
  • Size: 2 m long
  • Best for: summer
