Why we teamed up with @zannist for our biggest giveaway
500 Moja hijabs, 10 winners, 50 hijabs each. Here is why we planned it with @zannist.
To end 2024, we wanted to do something bigger than a sale. We wanted to put a whole wardrobe of hijabs into the hands of women who would truly wear them.
The plan
500 Moja hijabs, shared between 10 winners. Each winner would receive 50 hijabs. Not one, not five: enough to wear a different shade every day for weeks.
For a shop that was only six months old, it was a big promise. We made it anyway.
Why @zannist
We planned it with @zannist, Sana Khader Eramala, because her audience is exactly who we make hijabs for: women across the GCC who care about how their hijab looks and feels.
But it was more than that. A giveaway this size only works if people trust the person sharing it. Sana's followers trust her, and she chose to lend that trust to a shop many of them had never heard of. That is not a small thing to give.
Who could enter
The giveaway was only for women, and open to our friends across the GCC.
